EDUCATION & PROFESSION

I hold a Master’s degree in Music. I conduct the Seattle Latvian Choir and teach singing to children at the Seattle Latvian School. Professionally, I serve as the Musical Director at Youth Theatre Northwest.

I grew up in Riga and now live in Portland, Oregon.

EDUCATION & PROFESSION

I graduated from the Art Academy of Latvia with a degree in Textile Art. I currently serve as Executive Director of the Latvian Association of Oregon and lead the Communications Division of the American Latvian Association.

I grew up in San Francisco and now live in Seattle, Washington.

EDUCATION & PROFESSION

I direct the folk dance group Trejdeksnītis and work professionally as a union director at the University of Washington.

I grew up in Latvia and now live in Southern California.

EDUCATION & PROFESSION

I graduated from the University of Latvia with a bachelor’s degree in Education. I serve as Principal of the Los Angeles Latvian School, collaborate with the San Diego Latvian School, and serve on the board of the Southern California Latvian Association.

I wish participants of all ages the joy of experiencing togetherness, inspiration, and unity that transcends distance. Even far from Latvia, we remain connected. May the Latvian language continue to ring out as a living thread that binds us together and as roots that remind us where we belong and what we call home.

I grew up in Boston and now live in Maryland.

EDUCATION & PROFESSION

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Music and a master’s degree in Arts Administration. In 2017, I chaired the Organizing Committee for the XIV Latvian Song and Dance Festival in the United States (Baltimore). Today, as Executive Director of the American Latvian Association, I coordinate concert tours by Latvian artists as well as a variety of other cultural events.
